Sales Tax Information
Carlson's Appliance collects sales tax on products shipped in California. Products shipped within California will be charged 9.75% sales tax. Purchases shipped to other States will not be charged sales tax by Carlson's Appliance.

How to choose a proper shipping option
To obtain a shipping quote: Call us at 800-601-8799 or Place product into the shopping cart, click the [add to basket] button and proceed with entering your ship to information. Select the appropriate shipping method: FEDEX or UPS Services for small products (example: UPS Ground, 3 Day Select.)
Motor Freight for large items over 140 LB Including Dishwashers (downdraft cooktops may apply).
Southern California Delivery for appliances shipped within southern california only.

Large Appliances Delivery Area
Carlson's Appliance delivers anywhere in the Continental United States by Motor Freight. When ordering large appliances, such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, stack laundry, dishwashers, ranges and ovens please specify Motor Freight as a shipping method.
Small Appliances Delivery Area
Carlson's Appliance delivers almost anywhere in the United States by FEDEX or UPS Services.
Large Appliances Delivery Terms
The following delivery terms apply for Nationwide delivery area, excluding Greater Los Angeles area.

Installation
Carlson's Appliance can Install your appliance within a Great Los Angeles area for an additional fee, please speak with one of our sales staff members for more information of an appliance installation charges.
Carlson's Appliance will make exchanges or refunds under the following conditions:
1. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if not already shipped or ordered from the manufacturer. Any order cancelled after 24 hours will be a subject to a restocking fee. To cancel the order, please call us at 800-601-8799.
In case of order cancellation after merchandise has already shipped and it is still in transit, customer must pay all applicable fees, freight charges and merchandise must be returned to Carlson's Appliance in it's original condition.
2. Returns or exchanges can be made within 15 days of receiving the product. Returned or Exchanged product will be subject to a restocking fee. All returned products must be in original condition (not used, not installed, and not damaged with all original packaging material included). Prior to returning the product customers must email or call us 800-601-8799 for a return authorization number. Any return without a return authorization number will be refused. All associated shipping charges when returning or exchanging the product is paid by the customer.
Damages
We do not want you to pay for damaged merchandise. Here is how to avoid it; in order to keep you from having to pay for damaged merchandise we urge you to always, immediately inspect your merchandise before signing for delivery. Follow the simple steps below: While the driver is there and you have not yet signed for the acceptance of delivery: Please open the boxes and inspect the merchandise to be free from damage. Should any merchandise be damaged refuse the damaged items and mark so on the bill of lading. Call us immediately 800-601-8799 do not sign for any merchandise that is damaged. Should you choose to accept the merchandise without inspecting it you are agreeing to involve yourself in a lengthy investigation ranging from 30 - 90 days without any guarantee of having merchandise replaced or receiving your money back.
For smaller purchases such as appliance accessories, parts, cooktops, small range hoods, etc. merchandise may sometimes be left without recieving your signature. In such cases any damage claims must be reported to Carlson's Appliance within 72 hours of the time the merchandise was delivered. Any claims made after 72 hours will not be honored.

Estimated Shipping Charge
All shipping charges are estimated. When you proceed with your order, shipping charges will be calculated in real time by UPS (for small appliances and appliance parts) and by weight (for large appliances).
