    We bought it two months ago, but it was installed a month ago and since we used it only few time, because most of the time it is not working. There is an issue with the door, do not close properly. The repair man came once and "fixed it" , but a week after the latch is not working again. Call the the kitchen aid and were told that they won't replace it, but will send the same repair man to fix it again. Putting dishes in the dishewassher is a nightmare as the racks are not high enough so plates and tall glassed do not stay in place but lean forward. We liked KA products, but after this experience I don't think I am byying anything that is KA brand.
